BlackGrid Labs is the security-infrastructure arm of Axis Meridi Technologies, a division of Veydros Group. We share a parent and a research culture with our sister lab, OrangePeel. Both labs feed product into the Axis Meridi suite.
The technology division of Veydros Group. Builds and operates a deterministic software suite spanning identity, signing, data, threat intelligence, and agentic decisioning. Owns and funds two research labs.
The Deterministic Algorithmic Engine. Reproducible scoring for unstructured inputs — the upstream science behind several BlackGrid platforms. Email authenticity, document trust, behavioral anomaly without a learned classifier in the verdict path.
Security infrastructure. Threat intelligence, audit-grade data, signing & deployment, rule-based agents — deterministic and auditable, built around the same reproducibility discipline as OrangePeel.
Both labs hold the same operating principle: every output should be deterministic, every decision auditable, every claim reproducible from a public method. They diverge on subject matter. OrangePeel works on unstructured-input scoring. BlackGrid works on the infrastructure that surrounds it — how the scores get stored, served, signed, and acted on.
Where the work overlaps, it composes. Tektaris’ email-authenticity detector started inside the OrangePeel D.A.E. lineage. The reproducibility patterns we use for held-out evaluation are the OrangePeel framework, applied to a security domain.
Each lab ships independently. We share a parent, a research culture, and a publishing cadence — not a roadmap or a release calendar.
